This is a thread to discuss the Premier league, UCL, La liga, Serie A etc. State your claims and let's discuss! As some of you might remember, I'm a Liverpool fan, so yeah. 2016 was a nice year, but we've had a horrible start. Mostly because the lack of Mane and Matip. Really desperate for a signing. stannisforking299al you were a manc, weren't you? My prediction about the top 4 of the BPL atm. 1. Chelsea 2. Liverpool 3. Arsenal 4. Spurs ---- 5. Man United 6. Man City 7. Everton Hard to predict, but the only rule in English football is that, Spurs will always finish below Arsenal.

You know I think this could be the year. Although it seemed for all money like it would happen last year, so who really knows.
Chelsea are untouchable for sure. I would guess the current top 4 will remain the same, although if Pep doesn't get City into the there he might just quit on the spot, would be a total disaster for him. United's performances have improved somewhat but it will take even more to challenge for Champions League places.
I'll go:
Chelsea Liverpool Tottenham Arsenal Man City Man Utd
More than anything I hope we get promoted from the fucking Championship or I'll cry.

Gabriel Jesus should refresh things at City, but the biggest stepping stone for Pep is his disastrous defense, it's even worse than ours. John Stones for 50 million. Claudio Bravo as well? Dreadful business and Pep should have known better. Anything can happen in the top 4, except Chelsea. City could get their act together and climb up, same as United. Spurs are totally unpredictable, just like Liverpool. Are you a Newcastle fan?

Hate to say it, but I can't see United finishing above city. Chelsea are clearly the lock to win at this point. I can see Arsenal dropping down to fifth even, with city finishing fourth. I'd love to see Spurs finish second but I think Liverpool has that spot.

It's no fun even with all the wins, since you're not in the conversation.

United are doing a lot better than previously, but Mourinho's team is heavily dependant on Ibrahimovic. We're scoring goals well enough, but we concede a lot as well. Take away Ibrahimovic, and a lot of those goals are gone. There are still issues with the defense that Mourinho needs to adress. I'd also like to see him put a bit more faith in Rashford tbh, but that's beyond my point really. I can see city turning around toward the end of the season where as I can see us doing the opposite.

Also very true. Mou needs to go shopping for forwards or could Martial step up if necessary? Liverpool just lost (again) to Southampton at home in the league cup. No Man Utd vs. LFC league cup final this year. St. Totteringham's day.

I mean we're at least doing pretty well, though not as much of a cushion between us and the playoffs as I'd like. It's no fun even with all the wins, since you're not in the conversation. Hi breakfast. Well I'm a Q.P.R fan, so at least you have strong league position, good manager, squad, and are genuine promotion contenders. You deserve Premier League football, Geordie fans are amazing!! Us Q.P.R fans hope for a day when our club stops being a laughing stock, gets out of debt, and can push on to where you guys are right now. Although we do now have Ian Holloway as our manager, and he's a club legend and funny man to boot. So there is a bright side I suppose. Agree with everyone that the top four is hard to call, except for Chelsea winning the league. If Spurs keep Harry Kane fit then I think they've got a great chance of coming second, their defence is awesome as is the midfield cover in front of them. And Alli keeps on impressing. The Manchester clubs have it all to do, this is a tough league and everyone will drop more points. Here's my tentative prediction. [as we're playing that game. ] 1) Chelsea 2) Spurs 3) Arsenal 4) Liverpool 5) Man C 6) Man U Here's my Q.P.R prediction 8) Fulham ........ 12) Preston 13) Brentford 14) Q.P.R If Fulham and Brentford finish above us then we officially the worst team in West London, that is not good!! Come on you R's!!

Also, I'm sorry but I have no sympathy for Liverpool after our last match Still, Liverpool and United would have been a far more enjoyable match.

It sucks being truly ashamed of the people who own and run your club, it's sours everything indefinitely. I'm sure you know what it's like to be constantly questioning the decision-making throughout the hierarchy, but primarily and to most cost from the very top. Sometimes I feel like stepping back from football, once you realise the whole thing is a toy set for billionaires, but you know what Michael Corleone said.

Come on you R's!! I really liked QPR when they were in the BPL and I'm quite sad to see where you are now. You were a joy to watch with stars like Loic Remy and Adel Taarabt (laziest player I've ever seen, but my god he was skilled). What's your solution to QPR's problems? How do you fix the problems and launch yourselves back to the premier league? Good prediction. But I'm seriously having a tough time imagining that Spurs could finish above Arsenal, can that truly happen? Considering Liverpool's current dreadful form and Klopp refusing to do business, we could even drop out of the top 4. Also very true. I think that once Bailly can play, your defense is pretty rock solid. He's such a big part of your back four. I wouldn't expect any sympathy from a Man Utd fan, but why after our last match?
