I'm still so baffled about this This messes up the prophecy completely, what's the point? I always just assumed that she was lying.

I think it's obvious that D&D either forgot about it or they wanted to make things easier for the audience.

It was very common for babies to die in them days. So a baby dying was seen similarly to a miscarriage. Maggy meant kids that would grow up to die tragically, not a baby who would die in a pretty expected way.

In the books she aborted any pregnancies that she knew were Robert's and those don't count for the prophecy either. Only the three she had with Jamie which lived beyond birth/infancy were the main focus as were all the bastards for Robert's side of the equation.

Just like all of Aerys/Rhaella's miscarriages/stillbirths/infant deaths were never mentioned in the main series, only in the World Book. Dany is a third child, not 14th or whatever the count would be. Or how the show gave Selyse 3 jar-babies, but still said she never gave Stannis a son.

I know the leaks are out there, but it's time for one of my random post of observations. It seemed like last year, the showrunners really spiked up the off-screen death count (from what I recall): Season 1: Syrio Season 5: Stannis Season 6: Blackfish, Waif, Walder Rivers, Lothar Frey. Great list of deaths, here BTW. Will we get an off-screen death or more in Season 7? I believe we will. I don't believe it will be any major characters, but maybe we lose a character like Edd, Greyworm this way. Also, wondering if there is any shot Wilko Johnson makes a return in Season 7 as Ilyn Payne. Old article from 2015, but apparently the actor is still doing well.

We didn't really see the others (except for those weird chunks in the pie)

I've been doing the re-watch and in season 4 we get several mentions of the Iron Bank. In a very interesting conversation between Tywin and Cersei he explains to her how the IB always gets what is due to them. It's interesting because Cersei talks of negotiating with someone but Tywin explains that's not how the IB works. I think given the spoiler that Tycho will appear in season 7 this conversation is pertinent. I wouldn't be surprise if Cersei tries to negotiate with Tycho and when he refuse she kills him, just to have someone else show up with "backup". I also wonder if the IB talks to Dany about the debt, the Bay of Dragons was filthy rich, I don't think Dany would have too much trouble paying the IB their due.

I think Bronn has pretty much filled Ilyn Payne's role in the show by training Jaime to use his left-hand and going with him to the Riverlands, so I don't think we'll see Ilyn Payne again. Cersei would probably just have The Mountain execute anyone she wants dead.
