i just can't wait to see olenna choke sorry the tyrells are my least favorite house lol Really? Big House Arryn fan are you? I enjoy the vale chapters and the weird Sansa/sweetrobin dynamic in the books at least lol The tyrells are like k-mart Lannisters and they're nowhere near as entertaining.

I still remember how happy I was when cersei blew up the sept lmao.i generally find all the characters in KL politics after ASOS to be so unlikeable and annoying. It was beautiful when she killed all those flops

It was beautiful when she killed all those flops I think Cersei's feud with the Tyrells is just a plot device until Dany arrives, but I also think it's because the focus really switches from KL to the North and the Wall after ASOS, we even see this in the show.

I still wanna know how Randyll's flip to team Cersei comes about. I hope she meets with him in Ep 1 or 2. She needs people to interact with lol.

I love Cersei's Feast and Dance chapters actually. I prefer her POV in KL over Tyrion's because I love how bitchy and unrealizable she is. but I guess her bitterness rubs off on me because the tyrells and the entire KL court annoyed the shit out of me in AFFC. the fact that the tyrells had such an expanded role in the tv series just further increased my annoyance with them. I don't really find them interesting. show marge's manipulations and fake sweetness and olenna's sassy quips got old for me really fast

Tyrell's are awesome, this is a proven fact. Cersei getting drunk all the time got old for me fast. She's not even a funny drunk like Tyrion.

Cersei's Feast and Dance chapters are entertaining, but I didn't care much for what was going in King's Landing, specifically the Sparrows and the Faith of the Seven. Though I think Cersei's downward spiral leading up to the WoS is what showed the various sides of her character, more so with the way Lena portrayed her. She's become more interesting as the seasons/books have gone on. As for the Tyrells in the show, I liked the expansion of Mace and Olenna. I think Margaery was more interesting to watch when she was with Joffrey than Tommen though. Even if she did have a plan while the wildfire plot was occurring, I'm not sure where her role would have gone from there especially once Dany invades.

Back to the actual battle, WotW said it could be on the scale of BotB and take up a third of 704, so I'm curious what Shakman does here and how it will compare to Sapochnik.

The actual fighting in Snowbowl was probably only like 15 minutes, so we might get something along those lines. I can't wait. I wonder if Dany will target Jaime specifically, being the Kingslayer and all.

Even if she did have a plan while the wildfire plot was occurring, I'm not sure where her role would have gone from there especially once Dany invades. Yeah I see where you're coming from. To be honest, I don't particularly have favorite locations. Just favorite characters more so than anything else. My favorite book characters are Cersei, Arya, Jaime, Dany, Tyrion and I think I would enjoy each character no matter what the location is because I enjoy their internal thoughts so much. So I don't find the Sparrowd themselves that interesting but I do love how Cersei reacts to them and where they lead her character. The Lena/Jonathan Pryce scenes were great in season 5 imo. That arrest scene is still one of my favorites. And the WOS scene is one of the best in both books and show imo. Mace was fun to watch. I had no problem with him. Show Mace is much more likeable than Book Mace lol. I just got tired of Olenna and Marge though. It's just a preference thing I guess. I can't help how I feel lol. And me being irritated by them made that sept scene even more enjoyable than it was for others lol and it's gonna be the same for olenna's death scene

And how that Qyburn's dragon weapon thing is going to work from the leaks. Should be a really entertaining episode to watch. Although it's a little lame that bronn ends up saving jaime's life like 3 times lol

Will Jaime actually fight anybody is the real question. There has to be a payoff to him training for 3 seasons to be able to fight capably with his wrong hand.
