As I promised here is a rundown on which movie was nominated with in each guild. Each guild usually has a strong correlation with a Oscar category. Two guilds (VES and MPSE) will announce their nominations in 16/01 and 22/01, I will add them later. I used the guilds' acronyms for convenience but here is a table of content:

Here are the Oscars' categories with the movies which were nominated to the BAFTA awards, Golden Globes, Critics' Choice Awards and the respective guilds. I will split different posts for length reasons. These awards are usually seen as an Oscar barometer and, rarely, a movie gets to be nominated without at least being nominated for one of these 4 awards. Here are Best Film, Director, Original Screenplay and Adapted Screenplay.
Best Film
Call Me by Your Name - PGA BAFTA GG CC Dunkirk - PGA BAFTA GG CC The Shape of Water - PGA BAFTA GG CC Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri - PGA BAFTA GG CC
Get Out - PGA GG CC Lady Bird - PGA GG CC The Post - PGA GG CC
I, Tonya - PGA GG Darkest Hour - BAFTA CC The Big Sick – PGA CC
Molly's Game - PGA Wonder Woman - PGA The Disaster Artist - GG The Greatest Showman - GG The Florida Project - CC
Best Director
Guillermo del Toro - DGA BAFTA GG CC Martin McDonagh - DGA BAFTA GG CC Christopher Nolan - DGA BAFTA GG CC
Greta Gerwig - DGA CC Jordan Peele - DGA CC Luca Guadagnino - BAFTA CC Steven Spielberg - GG CC
Denis Villeneuve - BAFTA Ridley Scott - GG
Best Original Screenplay
The Shape of Water - WGA BAFTA GG CC Lady Bird - WGA BAFTA GG CC
Get Out - WGA BAFTA CC Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri - BAFTA GG CC
I, Tonya - WGA BAFTA The Big Sick - WGA CC The Post - GG CC
Molly's Game - GG
Best Adapted Screenplay
Molly's Game - WGA BAFTA GG CC
Call Me by Your Name - WGA BAFTA CC
The Disaster Artist - WGA CC Mudbound - WGA CC
Logan - WGA The Death of Stalin - BAFTA Film Stars Don't Die in Liverpool - BAFTA Paddington 2 - BAFTA Wonder - CC

Lady Bird missing bafta in picture and directing sucked, and probably rules it out for the Oscar in the end.
This is an odd season, and I am not certain where the chips are going to fall at all with best picture. Three Billboards is the favourite currently, but it's not an undeniable favourite and even if it was, so was La La Land at this point last year, and La La Land remained the undeniable favourite until it lost. Similar to La La Land, Three Billboards has a controversy around it that WILL hurt its chances. Will it sink them? It's possible, especially because the best picture Oscar is counted using a preferential ballot. That is the worst type of voting method for a film with detractors. La La Land would have won last year if it had just been a straight vote. So I don't think it's unlikely that Three Billboards has a similar run to LLL in that it wins everything (give or take pga as it also uses a preferential ballot) and then loses to, idk, The Shape of Water? I thought Lady Bird had a path to being the spoiler (and I guess it still does if it wins SAG), but I think the lack of bafta hurts it. The British voting bloc isn't that big, but I think it's big enough.

As far as Oscar movies goes, I'm going to be seeing The Post, Phantom Thread, The Shape of Water, and Call Me By Your Name all within the next two weeks. Then I just have to hope my theater gets I, Tonya.

That's going strong in the Best Director category but I'm not sure if it could unseat Three Billboards. I'm trying to ignore BAFTA on the Lady Bird front and pretend it will still get in for Greta. i think it's guaranteed a Best Picture nom, at least.

If she misses there would be (rightful!) outrage. Also, the lack of clear alternative is probably the biggest thing in Three Billboards' favour. So it'll probably win.

That and Lady Bird are my two favorites of the year and I disagree with a lot of the criticism about it that's happening now. The biggest question mark to me now is James Franco. Will those accusations screw him? I hope not because I loved the Disaster Artist and his performance.

Voting only lasted a week and the allegations against him happened with only a couple of days to go. Most votes tend to happen at the beginning of voting, so even though it will no doubt have a detrimental impact, I think there's a good chance he'll make it in. But if he does, he won't show.

And finally Makeup and Hairstyling, Original Score, Original Song, Sound Editing and Sound Mixing. The Golden Globes only award Score and Song. BAFTA has one single Sound category and no Song category. The Critics' Choice Awards has no Sound categories. Also there aren't specific guild awards for composers or songwriters.
Makeup and Hairstyling - MUAHSG has 5 categories: Contemporary Make-up, Contemporary Hair, Period/Character Make-up, Period/Character Hair and Special Effects Make-up. I count all of them.
Darkest Hour - MUAHSG BAFTA CC Wonder - MUAHSG BAFTA CC
Blade Runner 2049 - MUAHSG BAFTA Beauty and the Beast - MUAHSG CC I, Tonya - MUAHSG CC The Shape of Water - MUAHSG CC
Atomic Blonde - MUAHSG Baby Driver - MUAHSG The Big Sick - MUAHSG Bright - MUAHSG Ghost in the Shell - MUAHSG The Greatest Showman - MUAHSG Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 - MUAHSG Mudbound - MUAHSG Pitch Perfect 3 - MUAHSG Star Wars: The Last Jedi - MUAHSG Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri - MUAHSG Victoria & Abdul - BAFTA
Original Score
Dunkirk - BAFTA GG CC Phantom Thread - BAFTA GG CC The Shape of Water - BAFTA GG CC
Blade Runner 2049 - BAFTA CC Darkest Hour - BAFTA CC The Post - GG CC
Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri - GG
Original Song - Although there isn't a specific guild for this award, the Guild of Music Supervisors has an award for song created for film which I use.
"Remember Me" (Coco) - GMS GG CC "This Is Me" (The Greatest Showman) - GMS GG CC
"Home" (Ferdinand) - GMS GG "Mighty River" (Mudbound) - GMS GG "Mystery of Love" (Call Me By Your Name) - GMS CC
"The Star" (The Star) - GG "Evermore" (Beauty and the Beast) - CC "Stand Up For Something" (Marshall) - CC
Sound Mixing
Baby Driver - CAS BAFTA Dunkirk - CAS BAFTA The Shape of Water - CAS BAFTA Star Wars: The Last Jedi - CAS BAFTA
Wonder Woman - CAS Blade Runner 2049 - BAFTA
Sound Editing - MPSE has many categories but I only considered 4: Musical, Music Score, Dialogue/ADR and Effects/Foley.
Baby Driver - BAFTA MPSE Blade Runner 2049 - BAFTA MPSE Dunkirk - BAFTA MPSE The Shape of Water - BAFTA MPSE Star Wars: The Last Jedi - BAFTA MPSE

And the guild awarding season has started as the Producers Guild of America has kicked off the awards.
In a complete surprise The Shape of Water has received the Darryl F. Zanuck Award for Outstanding Producer of Theatrical Motion Pictures winning over the favorite Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri or the critical darlings Get Out and Lady Bird. Coco took the Outstanding Producer of Animated Theatrical Motion Pictures and Jane won the Outstanding Producer of Documentary Theatrical Motion Pictures.
