We can agree that the transition from Grey Scale to Pie was the greatest thing ever, right?

I felt like this is the first time in a while that D&D have actively tried to make Sansa look a bit foolish. When she's bitching at Jon again with everyone else, then he names her leader and she completely shuts up (while LF creams his jeans off screen) just looked SO strange to me. I was okay with this. It felt like an acknowledgement moment for Sansa and her capabilities as a leader. I think that puts an end to Starkbowl. I agree that it maybe made her look a bit foolish but not in a bad way really. It suprised her that Jon had already decided to leave her in charge and I think with that sign of trust she finally realized that he does listen to her, even if he doesn't do as she says he listens and respects her opinion. Many times actions speak louder than words and Jon is not all that good with words so I feel this was the best way for him to tell Sansa that she is heard. I agree, it puts Starkbowl to rest and hopefully leads to those two understanding each other better.

I can't remember when an hour of television went by so fast, except for the meat cutting scene with Sam and Jorah. Sorry, I'm empathetic, and all I have to do is see someone in extreme pain and my system hits hyper-drive. I would rather watch GW and Missandei. And the teaser for next week?! Mind blown people, mind blown. Jon Snow is going to meet Dany and the sound we hear will be the cries of millions of Jonsa worshipers. OMG you cracked me up. I just want my 6 and a half year prediction to finally come true. Fuck yeah!

I do think the reason Arya didn't warm up to Hot Pie at first was she was in Faceless Man mode, concentrating on her target. I do love that it was him that told Arya about Jon's victory. The change in her face when she gets the news is perfect. And the Nymeria scene. All in all, I think the Starks accounted for themselves quite well this week.

That makes sense but I feel like Maisie wanted to play it a different way. That was the first time I've ever thought she was unconvincing, but I loved where the scene went. It got better after that initial reaction. Still weird they didn't mention Gendry

agreed with belle tho in the sense that I thought some of the scene transitions were very awkward, almost jarringly so. thank you. i felt like with this episode, it really was like "then this happens...and then this happens". compared to last week in which there was such a smooth seamless transition between every scene. lol i really don't like being a party pooper because most people here seem to love this episode but i think this episode was hurt a lot by the directing.

My blood boiled up every time i see posts shitting on Theon or complaining Theon abandoning Yara make no sense. He was completely surrounded and you could see that Euron and his men started to bring flashbacks of Ramsay for him so his reaction made sense.

It was a brilliant episode. For so many reasons, this show is on a different plane of existence.
I hope we see Nymeria and the other direwolf (you know fuckin' Ghost) again one day.

I accepted that because the next episode is what matters most. It's the ship that was promised.
