I’m giving this one a high 9. I didn’t think it was as great as last week’s but still excellent in its own right.

I think I'll go with 9 for now too. But very strong. Could go up on a third rewatch, we'll see.

10/10, I wrote a novel in the discussion thread so I won't rehash it here, but fantastic episode. My only complaint is that Casterly Rock wasn't added to the opening sequence.

I'm going with a 10. While I could theoretically hold that grade out for the very pinnacle that Game of Thrones has to offer (as exemplified by the Season 6 finale, which I would rate 11/10 if I could), but why? I'm not counting coppers, and even by the extraordinary standards that Game of Thrones has set, The Queen’s Justice was marvelous.
Scenes that I’d waited years to see – namely, Jon and Dany’s first meeting – delivered in spades. Sansa and Bran’s reunion was beautiful, yet heartbreaking. Cersei’s vengeance upon Ellaria for the murder of Myrcella was exceptionally dark, but fitting, and exquisitely acted by both Lena Headey and Indira Varma (the latter entirely without dialogue). And the final scene between Jaime and Olenna was perfect. It’s been an extraordinary privilege to have Dame Diana Rigg on the show, playing this role, and her final scene opposite Nikolaj Coster-Waldau (who did some tremendous silent acting of his own) was one that I’ll remember for a long time. All that, and so much more.
Three episodes in, Season 7 is absolutely soaring in my opinion. It’s been thrilling fascinating, and emotional, and this was my favorite episode yet.

Pretty good, but a few things I found Jarring. Still no Ghost anywhere. No actual fighting at Highgarden, even a 3 second setting off on the charge would have given the impression of a battle.
I really loved Dany, Jon, Tyrion Davos dynamic. No pushovers but not irrational hostility either. Can't wait for Theon to show up there though. That will be a scene. Bran was trying to be kind to Sansa but he really needs to work on those interpersonal skills. She was unduly alarmed. He could have found some other way of letting her understand that he really can see everything. Arya returns next week, I hope. woooooo
No Arya, no 10 from me.

I actually think I agree with you on the point that there was no battle within Highgarden, and I was expecting to see at least a little bloodshed similar to Casterly Rock since both were happening simultaneously. But really we've gotten spoiled on the battle scenes since Season 6, the bar is too high for them to do anything less! Fact is, they had to pare things down all over the place with less time to cover a much faster-paced story. I'm not surprised we got abbreviated battle scenes this time around and I'm positive there's more battles to come that will make this one forgettable anyways.

I'm going to stick with a 9 out of 10, as I'm afraid I won't know where to go from here for the rest of the season.
So much was right about this episode, from smoother scene transitions to epic sweeping panoramas Mylod delivered in spades. It's hard to say what I liked best because each re-watch brought out new favorites. However I cannot say enough about Olenna's final scene. Even NCW was excellent, and ever since "Gods of Egypt" I just can't look at him the same way.
Cersei and Ellaria in the dungeon was pure magic. Cersei finally displaying her pain over losing Myrcella and the glee she took from the event, and then sleeping soundly until the next morning. I guess she doesn't dream about Dany.
I guess they are saving all the battle scenes for next week.

I gave it a seven, there were parts I liked and parts I didn't, I also know this is not the high bar for the season. So I can't really say that was better and give it the same score. Tyrion, Dany, Jon, Sam, Jorah, Jaime and Olena all had good moments. I though two thirds of the episode was great. I thought the Cersei scenes were okay, but Euron ruins any scene he is in. Horrible casting, no plot, he is mostly a plot device who is trying to act like he is crazy by bugging his eyes out and sticking out his Tounge. Not vested in the character, little development and horrid casting.
I'll also give shout out to the Mel and Varys scene thought it was well done. Did not care for Brans scenes, though Sophie did a good job. I think Kit has handled character change the best it's subtle but it's there, Bran went to far to the I am not a person I am. Three eyed Raven edge. Bloodraven was a tree but he still acted human. Bran is fighting for the living, so act alive. I could understand him being distant or putting on a more human act while his distance is an underlying nature. But spare me the monotone crap, your fighting the zombies not becoming one. It was bugging me when Arya was doing it, but when she found out about Jon she imediatly changed. Bran should be glad to be home and hugged by his sister, yes the end may be coming so try enjoying the moment.
some little things bugged me as well, Tywin built Casterly Rock? That's not even cannon on the show. Battles? What battles? Iron Bank and slavery? A ot of good, some blah, some bad. I could of given it a 10 just for Jon and Dany, but I am not that guy, you gotta be perfect to get a 10 and this was far from perfect. Though Jon and Dany heavily twisted my arm, I'll let it snap before I lie to myself.

Tytos Lannister was a dumbass, he was a blonde Robert Baratheon. Tywin reclaimed the Lannister's fearsome reputation. He, figuratively, rebuilt the House from the group up, after his father led them into a downward spiral.

i am glad all of us here are not absurdly critical and can enjoy the show I disagree with a lot of Ser Creighton's gripes with the episode, but let's be fair, he still gave it a 7. Hardly Rant and Raver level hate with people giving it 1s and 2s.
