"Errand beyond the Wall" would have been a better title for the episode.

I thought the Red Woman was a great title haha it was weird bc mel only had two scenes. the ending was certainly memorable but had nothing to do with the rest of the ep. This is my main reason for disliking it. As a title, it's not bad and would have been good had it actually fit the episode. But it had literally nothing to do with anything in the episode apart from Mel, who had hardly any screentime. Same with Book of the Stranger. The Door is different, because I don't hate it because it was ill-fitting. I hate it because it is just a terrible title.

I think "The Hunt" would be an excellent title.
Second place would have to be: "The Kings of the North"

"The Brotherhood" would be a pretty concise one. Dunno when we'll find out but it's irksome not to know at this point. But HBO's really twisting the knife this year. We never even got a vague summary last episode.

The worst episode title to date is still The Battle of the Bastards. It sounds like a parody. I really don't like that the battle has actually been called that in an episode. I'm fine with shoutouts to "still rowing" and other semi-subtle references, but naming a battle after the episode is too meta I had no problem with that. Battle of the Bastards sounds like something the Westerosi would call the event. Book of the Stranger, Kill the Boy, and The Children are the worst titles yet. Rowing comment was bad though.

I still think the Pointy End's the worst title.

Agree, Battle of the Bastards is the obvious title the smallfolk would use, seeing as they're two famous bastards. I'm fine with those titles though, I mean they're not exactly out there but they do the job.

Battle of the Bastards never even sounded like a smallfolk title to me, it sounded like something someone in the writer's room said as a joke.

The battle between Jon and Ramsay was called the battle of the bastards by the fans as soon as we learned of it, that's why I found the name of the episode silly and had a hard time believing it was real. It's like they'd use Castbowl as a name

We learned they were calling that as an in-production name though. Now if they'd called the ep. Snowbowl...but actually I think a lot of people here would've rejoiced at that.
