In episode 5 they hit King's Landing. I just hope there's enough time for Cersei to make baby sacrifices to the Night King before the big battle. (Maybe Qyburn suggests this idea to her.) This is the sort of hardcore Old Testament stuff that needs to happen. Wow. I never thought of something that twisted! Would Cersei actually do something like that? Is she that far gone in hunger for power? They've humanized Cersei via her children (the only things she really loved aside from power and Jaime). If Jaime is gone and her power is gone, she knows her child is doomed. Could be super creepy/amazing. I think it was actually Konrad's idea and I've loved it ever since But it makes sense. The child-sacrifice-to-please-the-walkers concept has been established since season 2. Season 2 also had the mass baby slaughter in King's Landing (on Joffrey's orders, not Cersei's.) Maybe it's just a coincidence, but I think those story threads could come full circle. Cersei was against Joffrey's actions in season 2, but as a last resort, I could see her doing it. Besides she wouldn't have to kill the children (she'd have to kill the parents who would rise up in protest). But for this to happen someone must find out about this ancient ritual... that could be where Qyburn comes in.

I still think that the best end for Cersei's baby is Tyrion as uncle-father after Cersei and Jaime's deaths.

I still think that the best end for Cersei's baby is Tyrion as uncle-father after Cersei and Jaime's deaths. That's the most adorable ending of all-time and I hope it happens. Cersei wouldn't give up her own child. She'd give up everyone else's.

I don't know if Episode 3 will be 1) a defeat for our heroes or 2) a kind of pyrrhic victory, but either way the remaining Army of the Dead will keep marching south. I'm guessing they won't be able to take Winterfell and maybe the Night King doesn't care/has other plans anyway. I think either the two dragons versus one difference in WF's air defense will be the deciding factor that drives them away from the castle or maybe Bran will figure out how to warg wights and subvert the NK's will and that'll send him packing elsewhere. Or both. But I agree, I don't think WF will be taken. Though I think holding onto it will be a major, major effort in which several important characters die. But in the end they'll manage to keep the besieged Northerners they've taken in from all becoming wights. Which will be the real purpose of defending WF so vigorously, not for the castle's sake but for their sake.

From commentaries.
- Cersei’s courtyard, on which her map is painted, originally had an extra storey of wall around it, but that was removed this season in preparation for a key upcoming shot in season eight in which it was important to be able to see the sky from it…

While the idea of Cersei sacrificing her baby to the NW is creepily awesome in twisted way, I don’t see how that’s gonna contribute to the plot? The show didn’t really established how long Craster’s sons grew to be full form WW and since we only have like 7 episodes left, there really isn’t a lot the show can play around with this.
The baby being under Tyrion’s care is the most plausible predictions for its fate so far.

It wouldn't end up contributing, it would just be an attempted deal with the devil on her part. I don't know if there'll be time for such a thing to pan out but it would be interesting to see how far our human villains would go to survive hell on earth.

So it's either a possible endgame spoiler or Euron just sent her to Pyke before heading to Essos. Hard to know which with as little as we currently know.

The spoilers this year are more like non-spoilers. It's like "Winterfell will be besieged, there'll be fire in King's Landing, Theon and Yara will share a scene together", etc. Last year's WOTW spoilers were really specific as in "Euron will kill 2 Sand Snakes, Cersei and Euron will forge an alliance"... and this was before filming even started or as it was just getting underway. It's impressive how nothing of substance has leaked.

It's impressive how nothing of substance has leaked. Though them being at Pyke is a little more significant. It either means that she was actually being kept there instead of in Euron's ship or something and that Theon will be able to free her early on in the season before actually confronting Euron and thus making his early season mission actually successful instead of just another Greyjoy wild goose chase like Yara's attempted rescue in ep. 406. Or it could also mean that both survive the season and this is a finale-type scene of them safely home after the final battle is won, which isn't something I'd have predicted.

If even Yara survives I'm not sure anyone important will die except Cersei and Jaime.

If even Yara survives I'm not sure anyone important will die except Cersei and Jaime. Yeah really. Though Mel and Varys would still be considered important, not as much as Cersei and Jaime, but they are main characters. And I'd assume either Tormund, Jorah, Bronn, or Sandor could die. But Tormund is the face of the wildlings, Bronn somehow survived Field of Fire 2.0, Jorah was cured of greyscale, and then Sandor still has Gregor to face, but if wildfire goes off, it would take him with it.

Of course a spoiler about the Greyjoys - the family I care about the least - would leak.
