I’m choosing to believe right now that they didn’t show Cersei because they want to maybe possibly hide the notion that the Golden Company will go north.
I will not be accepting any questions or inquiries on this lol

Looks like we'll be getting plenty of build-up to the battle in the next episode. Episode 3 is just going to be straight battle then? Nice.

I'm assuming they're just testing out that trechuchet because there's no one to fire at in this ep yet.

Jon was not part of meeting with Jaime. Probably brooding in the crypts or somewhere else.
I do wonder when Dany goes to him in the crypts, does she know already or he'll tell right there. It's too close to the battle to tell everyone while he's still trying to digest that news. They need to be focused on AotD.

With them rushing out, it feels like they're under attack. Unless those scenes are the very end of the episode.
Also I can't find the screenshot, but that Scene with Dany and Jaime, Sansa must've said something because the way Dany looks at her, hoo boy.

I feel like if Dany is looking for a way to endear herself to the Northmen, publicly dressing down Jaime for killing her father is precisely the opposite what she should be doing.

They hate him for being an oathbreaker, but none of them are sad to see the Mad King dead. I think it depends on how Dany approaches the issue, but I doubt she comes at it from the oathbreaking angle and entirely from the 'you killed my dad' angle which I would expect to elicit a different response.

Other than Brienne and Tyrion, I don't see anyone else standing up for Jamie. Why would the norther lords give 2 shits? 1. hes an oathbreaker, 2. he threw a kid out of a window. I love Jamie getting called out is somehow a knock against Dany.

Dany calling him out on it shouldn’t be too controversial, everyone is in agreement that that was not cool. Regardless of how they felt about Aerys.
