I should revive this thread.
I'm currently reading the sequel for this interspecies romance novel called the Wraith Kings. The second book is called Eidolon. So far, so good. It's a bit different and it's taking me a bit to get into because I read the first book about a year ago.
So, anyone reading anything interesting?

I'm glad this thread was revived because I really need a new book and am looking for some recommendations. I would actually really like a series, because the longer it keeps me occupied the better

If you want something gritty/fantasy like ASoIaF I highly recommend the First Law trilogy. There's 3 standalone books after that too.

The first book (The Blade Itself) is solid, but book's 2 & 3 are fantastic. My favorite book by Joe Abercrombie is actually one of the standalone novels though (Best Served Cold).

Don't be such a Besserwisser.

Only one title per author/poet/playwright. I was the most curious for your list tbh. So post it please!
