Man that episode flew by. It had a couple of slow moments but otherwise was a great collection of scenes to re-gather everything and remind us where the focus lies for each of the main factions.

I absolutely LOVED the cold open. It was a good choice to move it there (they said in the inside-the-episode it wasn't going to be there at first)...

Sandor Clegane's sudden change of heart and remorse was well done. Got me in the guts that farmer and his daughter starved to death.

I'm still processing all the middle bits but I'll say this, the conflict between Sansa and Jon is GOOD. It's not petty or going to lead to a Stark breakup ... it's normal, healthy and I think it's productive. Definitely good drama. Only immature fans would think otherwise.

I'm so hyped it's hard to put anything in words but I liked it a lot, I don't think there was a weak scene. Sam's toilet montage was a bit long for my taste but I get it :horror:

It's huge that we got so much progression in the first episode, Bran and Meera arrived at the wall, Euron arrived in KL, Sam met Jorah, Dany arrived in DS. No loitering around anymore.

Agreed. The Dany scene was beautifully place and Euron really shined
