We are cleary at the point where we have no longer anything to discuss regarding S7 leaks. Still, I'm amazed Basil took a chance coming in here as the tail end of V2 Leakbowl thread had quite a lot of leaky stuff in there (depending on if you believe the Ladsv2.0 stuff) ... We're only temporarily diverted from leak talk since we've exhausted the most recent batch of info confirmed from photos ... or at least our analysis of it. We definitely need something new and concrete to go by aside from the fairly non spoilery photos and teaser promos!

are you guys subscribing to the "Westeros breaks back up into 7 independent kingdoms again" theory? Given GRRM's post-Brexit rants about how we are better off as larger united units than smaller, independent nations... no. I am not. Although the 7 kingdoms separating and becoming self-sufficient is my preferred ending. good observation. westeros seemed like a real shit show before the conquest anyway, so staying united is probably for the best. I think it's interesting to think about the series and possible endings from the perspective of someone 200 years in the future. Like, if they made History and Lore featurettes about things that happened on the show. How will they describe what we're seeing now? What will they call people? Every king or queen in the past seems to have some kind of nickname, so what will they call Jon, Dany, or Cersei? Will they tell legends about the King in the North who was raised from the dead by the Red Woman? Will they sing songs about the fair Lady Sansa, or the dangerous Queen Cersei? I forget what point i was trying to make but whatever haha

I don't know if there will be 7 independent kingdoms, but whatever is left after the dust/snow settles will not be the same. That's one reason I don't have a problems with Jon not dividing up the spoils of the North. Wait till it all settles down folks, there's going to be prime real estate available at the end of the game.

If I had to bet, I'd say I don't believe that we'll see Sansa decide to marry anyone again before the end of the series. But if she did, I agree that Tyrion is the most likely candidate - perhaps the only one, to be honest, given their prior history. If and when they meet again in Season 8, I think their reunion will be a relatively warm one. Granted, there's a great distance between that prospect and the two of them voluntarily deciding to renew their marriage, but I am looking forward to seeing the two of them have a conversation about how far they've come since they last saw each other, and clear the air between them once and for all (we the audience already know that neither Sansa nor Tyrion harbor any ill feelings towards one another, but it would be good to see the characters acknowledge that face-to-face). As for Arya and Gendry, it's inevitable that they'll meet again (Gendry doesn't go south to King's Landing for the Dragonpit parley, so he's almost certainly headed to Winterfell next year). When they do, I really hope they revisit the idea that Arya clearly had a little bit of a crush on Gendry - whether or not she realized it - and have some fun with it. It wouldn't have to be major thing - I could easily imagine a short scene where Gendry is doing some kind of blacksmithing work, Arya is watching him just a little bit too intently, and Sansa notices and teases her about it (which would be a nice sisterly bonding moment as well). It's worth noting that perhaps more than any other character, Arya has several eagerly-awaited reunions in her future over the next few seasons - including Nymeria, Bran, and Sansa in Season 7, and presumably the Hound, Melisandre, and Jon in Season 8, which will be waterworks for everyone. After all they've been through together, Gendry will certainly be one of the most highly-anticipated - perhaps second only to the all-important reunion with Jon. Hell, the latest Lads2 leak suggests that Arya may even get to see Hot Pie once again - and have him tell her that she's pretty, no less - which is a gift that I didn't expect we'd receive. With all due respect to our favorite wolf-bread maker, Arya's relationship with Gendry was more significant than her relationship with Hot Pie was.(That moment in "Kissed by Fire" when Arya says "I can be your family" to Gendry with the same tone she would use to say "I love you" is one of my favorite unscripted character beats in the entire show. It never fails to get me). Whether or not that leads to romance is far less certain, but I'd be somewhat surprised if there wasn't at least a nod in that direction, be it serious or not. I agree that Arya doesn't seem like the type to voluntarily settle down and become a lady of Winterfell, or any other castle (that doesn't necessarily mean she won't - having to take up that mantle to ensure House Stark continues could be something of a bittersweet ending for her). But ever since she mentioned to Lady Crane that she wanted to see what was "West of Westeros", I've been a strong believer in the idea that she'll end the series doing exactly that - assuming she survives, of course. Perhaps Gendry could go with her on that journey. I know that most theories about Gendry's endgame have centered around him being legitimized and becoming the new Lord Baratheon of Storm's End. But Lads2 reportedly claims that Storm's End or the prospect of such a legitimization isn't mentioned at all this year. So if such a legitimization is going to happen, it would be more of a "piecing the Kingdoms back together" move, rather than a "rally the Stormlands to fight the White Walkers" move. That frees Gendry up to do whatever the showrunners want to do with him. Sticking Gendry on yet another boat to end the series would definitely be a fine bit of meta comedy for the fandom to chew on, but if he boards said boat with Arya, perhaps it could be a happy ending as well. To be honest, there are a great number of characters for whom the happiest ending I can imagine is them boarding a ship and sailing west into the sunset! Which probably means that it won't happen, or that the boat in question will sink immediately after the credits roll.

I'm here for Podsa. Purely for aesthetic reasons, because I think Daniel Portman is cute. No seriously, I have no idea. Envie , with regard to Arya: I see her happily going on an adventure, sailing west of Westeros. But I could also see her with Gendry. Why not? Podrick is adorable and he deserves to at least be knighted by the end of this thing, he's sure been through hell and loyal to both Tyrion and Brienne! He hasn't had any interactions with Sansa at all even though he's been there since Brienne saved her and pledged to serve her, he even helped her say the right words back in pledge to Brienne which I thought was so sweet and this scene still brings tears to my eyes! (Yet another moment comparing her to Catelyn too... ) I could see Podrick and Sansa, hey it could happen! If Podrick survives to the end (or close to it), someone damn well better knight that kid. The Old Gods and the New know he's sure as hell earned it. I do think Pod will be knighted in Season 8, and I expect it will be a pretty emotional and cathartic scene when it happens - for the young man himself, for any of his long-running companions who are there to witness it (Tyrion, Bronn, Brienne), and for the audience as well. Who doesn't love Podrick? Nobody, that's who. Ask any courtesan in King's Landing ...
(I distinctly remember some fans and critics who are overly precious about the brothel scenes turning up their noses and sniffing that the scene which established Pod's legendary prowess was gratuitous/sexposition/blah-blah-blah. But personally, I say it was one of the most genius bits of character service that the show has given us. Every person I've ever talked to about Game of Thrones - no matter how casual their interest, no matter how much trouble they have remembering characters' names - they all know who Pod is. And they all love him. That one scene had the intended effect of inspiring people to sit up and take notice any time that Pod appeared on screen - "Hey it's that guy! I like that guy!" And once they started doing that, they inevitably notice that the World's Most Loyal Squire is actually pretty damn brave, heroic, and endearing, and they like him even more. Job well done! And worth a knighthood, I'd say).

I like your thoughts on it jared , and I agree Sansa's likely not going to marry someone new but may end up finding renewed respect and comfort in Tyrion as they've changed so much and it would solidify their houses well. I do think they put that in there intentionally to give Arya a way to sail off into the sunset at the end. They'll likely leave it a mystery where she's going and I'm ok with that too.

For those on the SanSan train, Lads2 has said at the Dragonpit, the Hound asks Brienne about Arya and wonders why she isn't back at Winterfell guarding her. Brienne basically replies that Arya doesn't need anyone to protect her anymore and they both kind of laugh about it. No inquiries about Sansa. The show has leaned much more heavily on the Arya/Hound relationship as opposed to Sansa/Hound. If there's going to be a heartwarming Stark daughter/Hound reunion, it will be with Arya not Sansa (and obviously in the Father/Daughter genre, not sexytime). The show has basically forgotten that Sansa and the HOund even knew each other since Blackwater.

In the books, Sansa and Sandor could make an interesting couple, but in the show it would be kind of creepy, IMHO.

SanSan always gave me the creeps. I think it's a really interesting relationship in the books but I could never ship it romantically. It's too pedo for me. Sansa is only 11 when she first meets sandor. It's weird. I can't do ships with huge age differences.

It's definitely super creepy but I just think their mutual crushes in the books are cute I couldn't. Arya's crush on Gendry was cute. Same with Bran crushing on Meera because they're all kids. I couldn't with the Hound being a grown ass man in this scenario lol.
