So is it me or are these "leaks" implying that Cersei survives S7? I call bullshit on that.

Let's not talk about them until there's reason to.

https://www.reddit.com/r/freefolk/comments/57cjh3/major_news_about_daenerys/d8t15nk The Doc has spoken about the leaks. So is it me or are these "leaks" implying that Cersei survives S7? I call bullshit on that. Like I said before, the leaker might know some of Whats going to happen next season but I think he's either purposely fluffed it with bullshit or he's bullshiting around what he knows in order to get more attention. More than a few elements of what he's leaked make absolutely no sense. -Jon goes to Dragonstone convinced Dany to go back North with him to capture a Wight, then they come back down South to show the Wight to Cersei to the sail back North at the end of the season. WTF! All within, what 3 episodes? So, they are going to waste 3 episode in having Dany and Jon fly back and forth south to north and north to south. -Dany and Jon feel the need to convince Cersei of the WW so that she may ally with them and lend them her army. Why, if the gods name would they do that is beyond me. -Cersei is pregnant. WTF! -Theon regressing as a character. Why even bother. And a bunch of other crazy stuff. I'm starting to regret going all in on spoilers this year.

Let's not talk about them until there's reason to. Going further off of this, the Italica shoot will very clearly prove or disprove these. So beyond that, I don't see the point engaging with them until then because then we'll actually know. If Kit goes to Spain for instance, then yes we'll have to buy some of this. Otherwise nope.

You're right, we'll know soon enough. Doesn't some variation of this happen every year. Although I like spoilers here and there I was never too involved with the production spoilers discussion threads. But I don remember when you all where in w.org there was a poster who had a couple of good leaks but also posted a bunch of bullshit in order to get attention.

Nor do I but apparently it says something about Emilia filming in Zumaia. Confirming seemingly that the boat scene is her arrival. But I do! The article is mostly about the mayor of Zumaia (whose name is Jon, so don't be confused) accepting the cast and crew of Thrones and looking forward to it. Here is the relevant information: - Dany is arriving at that beach. It is implied that there will be a lot of extras (on the ship at least). - There is a second scene to be filmed in a nearby cave. But the article doesn't say what it is about or which characters will appear in it. The cave can only be reached when the tide is low. - They are looking forward to Peter and Emilia. - The beach will be closed from October 26th until November 5th. And here is the direct link to the article: www.leparisien.fr/culture-loisirs/game-of-thrones-debarque-au-pays-basque-23-09-2016-6143283.phpThank you, kind sir. You are a scholar and a gentleman.

We really shouldn't take Doc's short response to those leaks as anything concrete. He said: So really all he's saying is what we are speculating here: Some of it may be true but a lot of it may not. And I'd say most of it's not true. As others are concurring, it sounds like someone knew a few details, made a throwaway account on reddit and posted some remarks alluding to what they know and padded it with a whole lot of stuff they made up completely out of their fan-fic head. And as konradsmith said, we really shouldn't put too much weight on these super early leaks until we get more filming proof.

Most of the really accurate leaks came after the scenes were filmed and production was done. Things change during filming, scripts are adjusted and scenes are moved around. We really should wait at least until filming starts.

I guess if someone thinks a story is going to go in a certain direction, they can make some pretty bold predictions and if it is even vaguely similar, then a lot of the predictions will come right.
After season 5 ep 10, I had my guesses of the northern storyline. Even down to Tormund having the hots for Brienne. That was even before leaks and filming info were coming out. I'd have gotten about an 80% correct prediction rate. I didn't have access to leaks.
I'm guessing this guy has heard a few bits, used some common sense with others and established that certain other things possibly have to happen. Then he's gone into fanfic mode.

Just had a thought, it is inspired by one of those leaks and it could answer a question that has been puzzling me since we got out Brienne/Davos meeting with Dany spoiler.
The first question I had was why would Brienne, Sansa's sworn sword, leave Sansa in the clutches of LF. I don't think Jon would leave Sansa in the clutches of LF. And from Jon's perspective, if anything happens to LF, it is probably better it can't be traced back to him.
It appears that Jon, Brienne and Arya are around Winterfell in episode 4. He says that there is a sparring session between Brienne and Arya. I'm inclined to believe that. It would be fan service, but it would also make sense story wise.
I wonder if Brienne becomes part of Jon's Kingsguard.
LF would probably be over the moon about Brienne leaving.
I'm expecting Jon to leave Winterfell about episode 4 or 5. I'm inclined towards episode 4 as I think he will miss Bran. That allows the audience to get to know Jon's background before Jon does. I doubt that Jon will find out until season 8.
I think that the 3 remaining Starks may take a bit of a backseat in season 7. I believe they are probably more endgame characters.
So my timeline would be that Arya turns up around episode 3. Her and Brienne spar. Jon finds out he is needed south. Sansa, Arya and LF talk Brienne into looking after Jon and Brienne becomes part of Jon's kingsguard. Jon heads south with Brienne and Davos. Bran turns up at Winterfell a day or so later. Bran, Arya and Sansa conspire to bring down LF. Arya uses her FM skills to find out what LF is up to. Maybe she becomes one of his spies. Under Sansa's instructions, Arya executes LF.
I hope that makes sense.

She's never fought with an actual sword except for the wooden ones in season 1 Brienne is a tall, seasoned skilled warrior. Her sparring with Jon would make more sense. However, if we saw Brienne teaching Arya how to fight with a sword Westorisi style that would cool and make more sense.

Arya already has the basic skills to be able to learn very quickly and possibly be able to adapt and merge the 2 to fit her stature. It's a pity that Dark Sister is missing. It would be perfect for her.

It's weird, but I don't see Arya returning to normal life as though nothing happened. She's seen and done too much. I'd love to think that she's sparring with Brienne, but I don't know if that is what she'd end up doing in Winterfell.

I see that maybe the latter half of season 7 will see the 3 Stark children together, honing in on their 3 individual skillsets. Bran the greenseer, Arya the warrior and Sansa the politician. The fact that Arya wasn't a warg in the show, suggests to me that there is going to be emphasis on their separate abilities. As a pack, they can help each other and protect each other. I expect all 3 to survive season 7. And probably season 8 too. I think you're right. Their individual stories are so complex and could be entire books by themselves if this were a story about only one protagonist. They've been through hell and back so I don't expect any of them to die in Season 7 and they will probably survive the entire saga. "When the snows fall and the white winds blow" - When winter comes; "The lone wolf dies but the pack survives"Ned's legacy to his children. He explained this to Arya because he wanted her to know who her real enemies were and not her sister. Jon repeats something similar to Sansa on the walls of Winterfell. It's a very significant theme in their story and even moreso to Arya whose last moments with her Father before their betrayal by the Lannisters was about that very thing. Arya remembers. The North Remembers.
