And some of the official photos they released had dates on them: Cersei and Jaime meeting with Euron - August 31, 2016 Cersei and Jaime in the maproom - September 5, 2016 Dany, Tyrion entering Dragonstone chamber - September 21, 2016 Jon, Sansa, Davos meeting with the Northern Lords - September 24, 2016 Sam and Gilly studying in the Citadel - September 28, 2016 Dany meeting Jon and Davos in Dragonstone Throne Room - September 29, 2016 Bran and Meera arriving at the The Wall - October 5, 2016 Jon and Davos leaving Winterfell - October 17, 2016 Jon cloaking Dany at Dragonstone - October 22, 2016 Tormund and Brienne, Sansa and Littlefinger on Balcony - October 24, 2016 Sandor, Beric, and the BwB heading north - October 25, 2016 Dany touching the sand - October 28, 2016 Arya at the Inn at the Crossroads - November 7, 2016 Whoa, what Jon cloaking Dany scene? I haven't heard about this. Such a smooth move! It's from this scene, which will take place in 703. She's looking back at Jon and he comes over to presumably put his cloak around her because she's cold. Which going off of how windy it was that day filming, makes sense:

I know I'm just gonna melt into a puddle. As for the sex bits - I think I'm just going to stop reading anymore leaks or spoilers on that because NOTHING anyone can write on paper (most of all the horrible writing they do on reddit) can make it sound good, it makes it sound so stupid. Have you ever actually tried to type out a believable and romantic sounding sex scene? It's just ...ugh, gross. Some things just need to be left to the imagination until they play out in front of the camera. But I'd be lying if I wasn't just a wee bit excited to see both of those two hotties completely nakey.

I'm surprised he's that intimate (unknowingly or not) right away with her, but the symbolism is going to be huge. Any scene with these two is going to be my favorite. Their chemistry is unbelievable and it's just going to end up making each scene intense. I doubt that the leaker is telling the truth since there was supposedly no dialogue from Jon/Dany (according to Lads, I think?) The only thing that makes me want it to be true is Dany touching his scars. That was something I hoped would happen when we first heard about boatsex.

Yeah, romantic scenes must be lived through, expecially those on screen, the end result depends a lot from the actors' chemistry and quality and I think Emilia and Kit are going to be unbelievably good. I would prefer the scene to be quiet and intense, no words spoken, nevertheless I'm sure I would love it anyway, been waiting for it so long. I too, do prefer romantic to sexy, as a rule, but I'm sure the sexboat is going to be absolutely romantic ... especially considering the build up to it. And Emilia and Kit looks so gorgeous together. I would absolutely love for Daenerys to touch his scars.

I just want more history on the show. Have Dany talk about Rhaella, her mother, and Rhaenyra, the last Targaryen woman to try to become a queen. Let Cersei and Qyburn mention Queen Rhaenys's death by scorpion as they build their own. Jon can talk about Torrhen Stark bending the knee to Aegon. Etc etc etc.
If they're doing a prequel especially, they should always pepper in some name drops now and then, just in case that character goes on to appear in a spin off, we have some preexisting mention of their existence.

I guess by "major character meet-up" they're referring to Cersei/Jaime or Sansa/Littlefinger for episode 1?

Lads didn't mention anything about Dany running in to trouble on the way to Dragonstone - he said that she only had the one line ( "Shall we begin?") in the premiere, so the impression I got was that she won't appear until the episode's final sequence (which should be fairly long). I wonder if this EW reporter is conflating Euron's attack on Yara and Ellaria's forces from Episode 2 with Dany's journey to Dragonstone in the premiere. That would be my guess, actually, because as far as we know, Dany and Euron don't ever meet face-to-face until the Dragonpit sequence. EW obviously gets inside information regularly (or at least James Hibberd does), but Lads is proven at this point. Euron attacking Dany in the premiere doesn't seem like something he would overlook, especially since it seems reasonable that he would secure his alliance with Cersei first. If not, then I guess it's possible that this could be part of a sequence that was written after Lads got hold of the scripts - perhaps the action sequence that necessitates the Sand Snakes having stunt doubles credited for the premiere.

This is what I think may happen. Scripts wouldn't necessarily show action sequence material that's done later and then inserted where relevant. Daenerys herself probably does not get into that action and if I had to guess, the Greyjoy and Martell ships are the ones that head off whatever trouble she gets into when arriving. I expected this because of how close Dragonstone is to King's Landing (at the opening to Blackwater Bay) so I'll bet Dany's ship is escorted to Dragonstone with her usual Dothraki and Unsullied protectors while the action starts with the other ships guarding in the bay to become the other sequence of events with Euron, etc.

I guess by "major character meet-up" they're referring to Cersei/Jaime or Sansa/Littlefinger for episode 1? I was thinking about this, and it really depends on what their definition of "major character meet-up" is. Are they referring to characters meeting for the first time, reuniting after time apart, or just having a significant scene together? The most significant meeting between characters who have never met before would be Euron arriving in King's Landing to forge an alliance with Cersei and Jaime, if that indeed happens in the premiere. Could Jorah reach Oldtown and meet Sam in Episode 1? I wouldn't bet on it - it seems more likely that Sam would have at least one episode to get acquainted with Ebrose and his new circumstances, with Jorah not arriving until Episode 2 at the earliest. Other possibilities include Bran and Meera arriving at Castle Black and meeting Edd, and Brienne returning to Winterfell, whereupon Tormund regales her with his story about Sheila ...

Yeah, it's difficult to define what they mean by "meet-up" in the context of pairings of characters for the premiere. Jaime just returned to King's Landing and the story picks up immediately after Cersei's coronation where he hadn't spoken to her yet in the finale so I consider that a meet-up of those two major characters. Same with Sansa/Littlefinger having another meet-up in the premiere, we know this is happening too. If they are referring to new characters who have never met before, then I'd consider Bran/Meera meeting Edd to qualify there like you said. I don't think Jorah's going to be in Oldtown in the premiere, seems Sam has a lot to do in the premiere on his own to establish what's going on there first. Brienne and Tormund could be a meet-up I suppose but I'd say it's probably at least one of the major characters like Jaime, Cersei, Sansa, etc.
