I was a bit surprised that Dany didn't correct Randall Tarly when he said Dany was a foreign born invader. She was born on Dragonstone, a part of the 7 Kingdoms.

The Arya/Sansa scene was good. Arya reading Sansa like a open book. I thought it was weird. If Sansa was actually thinking that, then they've done a poor job of showing it as so far her actions, words and demeanour has shown the opposite imo.

Jaime and Cersei do need to be over. Like yesterday. Brienne, bae, break that shit up. I think Jaime is really struggling with it. Like everyone's telling him how much she sucks and I think he obviously knows it too, but he's still in love for her, and she just went and sucked him (heh) back in with her baby mama drama. He's torn between his brain and his heart (or at least his dick). It's interesting and all but I'm ready for it to be done. Jaime doesn't fit in in KL and Cersei needs to be in full evil queen mode, not smiling and hugging people.

Jon being jealous of Dany/Jorah lmao I couldn't believe it when I saw it and yet there are people who still said that Dany seems more into him than Jon with her. To be fair, Emilia and Iain have amazing chemistry. Their reunion was probably my favorite part of the episode.

Some people are missing the point of what/why Rhaegar existed. They're aiming hate at the whole point of the story. Remember how gut wrenching it was to feel torn between two sides you loved like Tyrion watching Lannister men burning to death in front of his eyes? I love everyone in this fan group, but some people need to calm down and realize what they're saying and remember when scorn and hatred like that was aimed at THEIR favorite character (ie. Dany). Put it in perspective a bit my friends. You're losing the forest for the trees here. I think everyone here is mature enough not to get offended by disagreements over characters. It happens, people hate my favs too and that's fine, but it's okay to discuss. And this show isn't perfect, sometimes things happen that we hate. Like no Ghost. Oh I know. You think it's all ok, until it isn't and someone's upset. I'm just trying to head off anyone getting too carried away with it because some of the comments are a little too much. Having an opinion and disliking a character's actions is fine, I just want to be sure we're remembering to be level headed about it. Rhaegar is a convenient target to blame since A) He's been dead the entire story and B) We won't get to hear his side of it so we make assumptions. His character wasn't supposed to be worshipped as the perfect hero, and I don't think anyone (not in this smart group) really feels that way about him. I love him because of how tragically stupid he was and the story that came from his choices. I never loved the Rhaegar/Lyanna story because it was wonderful! Do we love Romeo and Juliet because it makes us feel good? Rhaegar started a war over his choice with Lyanna (and to be fair she chose it too, she wasn't kidnapped). Robb started another war and while many here don't like me comparing the two. I'll keep doing it because that's what the author has written again and again in this story. Morally gray choices even for the most heroic characters. Daenerys just burned two men alive who refused to bend the knee, but we're more concerned with the moral choices of a dead prince? The funniest part of the argument between us all is that it doesn't even matter in the bigger picture. I'm not defending Rhaegar but I do like his character for what it was to create the story's framework and that is why I've always loved the R+L=J argument for years and years. I've seen people say the meanest things about that so nothing here anyone is going to say would hurt my feelings. There are others, however, who may be a little more sensitive about it.

She was, it's on the scripts. And? Those outlines are outdated and Winterfell in particular has been quite different. Besides, the audience doesn't get to see the script alongside the episodes. They need to show it.

That's always weird to me considering he was so indifferent to his kids in the books. He did have that moment where he was like "I'll give Cersei another child and this time I'll hold it" but to me it's just weird to see Jaime being so into his children.

The fact that Sansa deep down wants to be QITN doesn't mean that she can't still be loyal to Jon.

I think his desire to be a better person includes being a better father. He made an effort to look after Tommen after he got back to KL. He risked his life to save Myrcella and finally opened up to her, and to feel fatherly love for the first time in his life was amazing feeling to him. Ofc it was ripped away like ten seconds later but you catch my drift. either way we know that baby ain't makin it so who gives a fuck. I think the whole pregnancy could have just not happened.

Maybe because he wasn't very paternal with his other children, he thinks he'll compensate by being a loving father to this one? Maybe?
