There might be too many great scenes for you to choose from, but sacrifices must be made. Please list your top five scenes of the episode.

No order
1. Dany and Sansa- they were honest, friendly, but still acknowledged the obvious tension. At this stage in the game, Sansa only cares about her home, fuck an Iron Throne.
2. Jaime’s trial- so good. I like how he said he’d do it all again
3. Arya and Gendry- sounded creepy in the leaks but it was kind of sweet.
4. Ser Brienne- the tears welling in her eyes, ugh I got goosebumps
5. Jenny of Oldstones- I never knew Daniel Portman could sing! The little montage of everybody doing what they think are their last moments, while he sings about never wanting to leave...that’s what I call television lmao
Honorable mention number 6 is Tormund’s story about fucking and then being breastfed by a giantess. It’s nearly impossible to make me laugh out loud anymore, but that did it.

Jenny of Old Stones ... was unexpected but that had Lord of the Rings epicness to it
Dany/Sansa in the library
Dany/Jon reveal mainly due to Emilia's acting
Jaime/Tormund/Tyrion/Davos/Brienne/Podrick scene
Jon/Edd/Sam but Jorah /Sam scene was close to it but I loved remaining Night's Watch brothers to talk about how far they've come.

There were a lot of good scenes and a lot of them I can't say are better than others. This is not in any order.
So for me it was
Sam, Ed and Jon.
Jaime knighting Brie, it almost got and then Brie smiled and it got me in the feels.
Tyrion and Bran. It's not a big scene we don't here much but it was so Tyrion to be the curious one.
The Crypt
Jenny
Honerable mention the return of the NK's 13. Been wondering what happened to all of them. I know a few died but I just liked seeing them keep continuity.
Lots of other very good scenes everyone was on point so to speak, Sansa and Theon, Sansa and Dany, Brie and Jaime, Tyrion and Jaime, Jaime at court, Jaime was the big catalyst this episode and I felt like a good bit of that was building to Brie I sort of count all those scenes as one.

Jaime's trial, I was crying as soon as Bran said "the things we do for love". I do kinda wish they would've mentioned Aerys actually being mad but that comes later. Maybe Jaime is alive later so that can come later.. He needs to be told he did good back then.
The boys from the wall back on a wall. There's just a feeling of friendship there, feeling of love and comradery. The show has done a brilliant job building these relationships and it had just the right tone.
Jon and Daenerys in the crypt. I was already thinking that we're not going to get that scene at all and that the reveal will be left for episode 4. It's not the reveal I liked so much but it was so important for Jon to hear those few words about Rhaegar and to say it out loud himself, they were on love. He even said his name!
Tyrion's wine and dine. Great scene all together but obviously the knighting topped it all.

5. Jenny of Oldstones- I never knew Daniel Portman could sing! The little montage of everybody doing what they think are their last moments, while he sings about never wanting to leave...that’s what I call television lmao I remember discovering that Daniel Portman could sing really well way back somewhere after season 4 when he did an interview for Thronecast and they convinced him to sing. He only did a bit of it, but he sang The Rains of Castamere. Ever since then I've been hoping they'd have Podrick sing, and he finally got his moment! As for my top 5 scenes: 1. The drinking party by the hearth complete with Brienne being knighted by Jaime. So many feels! 2. All of Arya's scenes ... with the hound, with Gendry (yes even their rushed love scene). I love how much she's come into her own as an adult now. 3. Sansa/Daenerys scene. I am loving this hardcore Sansa and never in a million years expected it would set people back on their heels ... confident characters like Jon, Daenerys, Tyrion, Arya ... all of them set right in their place by this brilliant Lady of Winterfell. Long May She Reign! 4. Jaime and Brienne out in the snow watching Podrick train men to fight. That was just such a well done scene. Brienne expecting the old sarcastic Jaime who teased her so much... and instead she's flustered by this humble, beaten down Jaime who wants to fight by her side. Great scene. 5. Jorah and Sam - this got me too... giving him Heartsbane. There are SO many good scenes, I just can't really do a top 5. 6. Jaime & Bran. This is intense stuff and Jaime is really laying it all out bare under Bran's scrutiny. 7. Jon & Daenerys - I KNEW they were going to leave this hanging. I hated it for the first few seconds at the end there, but I realized this wasn't the reveal I wanted, but the one I needed. Daenerys, please be gentle on your boo, he's having a bit of an existential crisis just before the war. SO MANY GOOD SCENES!

1. Jaime knighting Brienne
2. Pod singing "Jenny of Oldstones" and the ensuing montage
3. Arya and Gendry getting together
4. Sansa and Dany find common ground
5. Jon shares the truth with Daenerys before Lyanna's statue
Honorable Mention: Sansa and Theon's reunion; Jaime's trial; Arya, the Hound, and Beric on the ramparts; Jon, Edd, and Sam (and Ghost) reuniting and remembering their time in the Night's Watch; Jorah and Lyanna, followed by Sam giving Jorah Heartsbane; Davos and Gilly with the young scarred girl who resembled Shireen, the War Council, Jaime and Tyrion discuss Cersei
There were a lot of candidates!

Brienne getting knighted - wow, one of the best of the whole series - perfectly done, just really powerful
Arya/Gendry ... just loved how Arya bowled us all over (she did me, anyway) first with that flirting with Gendry when she went to check on her weapon - man, she was looking him up and down, but it was cute, showing how she's grown up, and wasn't cheesy. Ha - should've predicted that she'd be the one to throw him down and jump on top, but I really liked how his seeing her terrible scars was done
Bran and Jaime out by the weir wood - saw that subtle humor again in Bran that we saw last season when Sam asked if Bran saw in a vision that Jon was coming and Bran held up the raven's message with that little smile on his face
When Theon came, asked Sansa if he could fight for Winterfell, and Sansa ran to hug him tight - also loved Dany's expression here. The North has been very strange for her, nothing like she's experienced before, and it's good for her to see the warmth and forgiveness - following another great scene when Jorah counseled her to be more forgiving [ETA just that it's so typical for most of us to become distant, more reserved, and perhaps come across as haughty, when we're in a new situation that we don't quite know how to handle yet.]
Lastly, of course, the scene with Jon and Dany down in the crypts, the 'reveal'. Very well done, I thought. It'll be OK. They've sure got a major event to take their minds off of it and let it settle while they deal with the AotD together.

1. The Hearth Scene - In its totality, one of my three favorite scenes of the whole show. The Red Wedding in s3; the Sept of Baelor in s6; the Winterfell Hearth in s8... these are the 3 scenes I'll remember the most when I think back to this show. Six characters sitting beside the fire in a foreign castle contemplating the idea of becoming ghosts the following morning. Beautiful premise brilliantly written. It's gloriously shot, emphasizing earthy colors, not unlike the Red Wedding cinematography (funnily enough) but with this lovely golden hue that turns the Jaime-Brienne bit into some kind of spiritual moment. (Yes, it really got to me).
2. Jaime's Trial - Riveting stuff from everyone involved.
3. Sansa & Theon - Genuinely moving, a demonstration of those deep Northern bonds. Also add the soup scene here!
4. Davos, Gilly & Reincarnation of Shireen - Very simple, very powerful.
5. Jon comes out as Aegon - Kit Harington said in an interview that he finally understood who Jon Snow was and how to play him after reading the season 8 scripts. This scene is a demonstration of that. Lovely work from Emilia too.

1. Brienne being knighted. Self explanatory. 2. Dany and Sansa's library talk. This was much better than their scenes last week, in terms of content, dialogue and acting. 3. Missandei and Grey Worm. Heartbreaking, especially given the topical relevance of it right now with Brexit and the rise of nationalism. No place for you here? Fuck that noise. After all they've done and been through with Dany some racists Hicks are going to drive them away. 4. Jenny of Oldstones 5. The crypt
